“Spacerockx” (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) is a service provided by “SRX, LDA” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we/us”).

To achieve this goal, we collect and use information about various groups of individuals, including our merchants who use Spacerockx to power their businesses, customers who shop at a Spacerockx-powered stores, partners who develop apps for merchants or marketer, build stores on behalf of merchants, refer potential entrepreneurs to Spacerockx, or otherwise help merchants operate or improve their Spacerockx-powered business, users of Spacerockx apps and services, and visitors to Spacerockx’s websites or anyone contacting Spacerockx support.

If we make any changes to our privacy practices, we will update this privacy policy accordingly. If the changes are significant, we will let you know through our administration page or by sending an email.

We assist merchants or developer utilizing SpacerockX is by employing advanced technologies like "machine learning" (as described by European regulations as "automated decision-making") to enhance our offerings. When utilizing machine learning, we either incorporate human involvement in the process (thus not completely automated), or apply it in a manner that does not raise significant privacy concerns (such as rearranging the display of apps in the app store).

 

We may handle your personal data if you have given permission. Specifically, we'll process your information if obtaining consent is the only way we can legally do so, if the data was obtained with consent, or if the law mandates us to ask for your consent for certain sales and marketing efforts. If you made a purchase from a store powered by Spacerockx, you'll need to contact the merchant directly as they are responsible for managing your information. We provide our merchants with the tools to fulfill data requests and are happy to assist with any questions.

 

If you have a direct relationship with Spacerockx, such as being a merchant, developer, marketer, Shop user, or employee, you can submit a data request through our portal. We'll need to verify your identity before we can respond.

 

If you're not satisfied with our response, please let us know so we can resolve the issue. You also have the option to contact your local data protection authority.

 

Please note that we don't have a specific response to "Do Not Track" signals as there is no standardized meaning for them.

 

 

If we transfer your data

As a Portuguese company, we handle personal information of individuals globally. This may require us to send your personal information outside your region, state, or even country, including to the United States. We make every effort to secure your information during the transfer and only send it to countries with strong data protection regulations.
